Acceptance

By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

Who can use the app

The app is designed for young children supervised by a caregiver. The caregiver (account holder) must be an adult with authority to consent on behalf of the child.

Subscriptions and billing

The app offers the following subscription options, billed through your app store (Google Play, and Apple later):

Current pricing is shown on the store listing before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription auto-renews — your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period — unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you start a paid subscription. You can cancel any time from your store account settings; you won’t be refunded for the current period, but you keep access to the subscription features until it ends.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play (and Apple) under their refund policies. For unusual cases, contact /support/.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app and subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008), and these terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We will revise this page when we change the terms and update the “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in-app before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts (Western Cape).
