We respect intellectual-property rights. The artwork, music, and video in Recycle Friends are created by us with the help of AI tools and reviewed before release, and are intended to be original. If you are a rights-holder and believe any content in the app or on this website infringes your copyright or trademark, please tell us — we take it seriously and act quickly.

This is first-party content (we don’t host user uploads), so this is a direct line to us, not a platform takedown queue.

How to report a concern

Email [email protected] with:

1. Your work — identify the copyrighted work or trademark you own (with a link or example).
2. The material — identify the specific app screen, asset, or web page you believe infringes it (a name and/or screenshot helps us find it fast).
3. Your contact details — name, organisation, email, and (if relevant) the rights you represent.
4. A good-faith statement — that you believe the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
5. An accuracy statement — that the information in your notice is accurate.
6. A signature — your physical or electronic signature (typed name is fine).

(These mirror the elements of a US DMCA §512(c)(3) notice; we welcome equivalent notices from any jurisdiction.)

What we do, and how fast

• Acknowledge your report within 30 days.
• Review the specific content. For anything that is a clear or reasonable match to a third-party character, brand, or work, we remove or replace it without waiting for a dispute — we’d rather over-correct.
• Update you on the outcome, and remove the content from the app in the next release (and immediately from any server-served content, such as downloadable videos or storybooks).
• If we believe a report is mistaken, we’ll explain why and work with you in good faith rather than ignore it.

Our own commitment

Before release, every asset is reviewed to avoid resembling existing characters, logos, or brands. If something slips through, the channel above is how we fix it quickly.
